No hiking boots needed on this adventure but feel free to wear them or trail runners will do.
Please don’t show up in road runners or jeans as you won’t be joining us !!
List of things needed:
Rain jacket & waterproof trousers, Running tights or light walking gear is a must along with a working head or hand light. ( please charge it up before this hike ) or take extra batteries 😎 towel if your dipping in lake & tea for afters.
Please take some drinking water & light food bars or snack like #liveypbbars…
